🎓 Educational Qualification
Mandatory Qualification (Anivary Arhat – Shaikhshik):
As per UP Ganna Paryavekshak (Group-III) Service Rules 1979 (as amended), a candidate must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Science (B.Sc. Agriculture) from any university legally established in India.
- CCC Certificate (Course on Computer Concepts) issued by DOEACC / NIELIT Society.
Both qualifications must be acquired/possessed by the application last date i.e. 28 July 2026.
The candidate must have an understanding of agricultural science through the B.Sc. Agriculture qualification. The CCC Computer certificate will prove that you have basic computer literacy skills, which is a mandatory requirement for any job in government institutions. 📉 Minimum Qualifying Marks (PET-2025 Shortlisting Basis)
Candidates will be shortlisted for the Main Exam based on their Normalised Score in PET-2025 (Preliminary Eligibility Test 2025). Shortlisting will cover up to 15 times the number of advertised posts per category, rounding up to the cutoff mark (up to 2 decimal places).
- Candidates who scored zero or negative in PET-2025 (absolute or normalised) will NOT be shortlisted.
- Candidates under investigation (UI) or provisionally flagged at the commission level may be provisionally permitted to appear, subject to final commission decision.
Your normalized score in PET-2025 will decide whether you are eligible for the main examination. The higher your PET score, the greater your chances of selection. Pay attention to gaining conceptual clarity since the main examination is highly competitive, and only pre-qualified PET students can take part.

The selection will be done purely on the basis of a Written Examination (Main Exam / Mukhya Pariksha):

Interview is not conducted for this post. The entire selection procedure depends only on the merit of the written test. As the shortlist process is in proportion to 15 times the number of vacant posts, competition will be quite tough during the main test, so prepare accordingly, especially in subjects like Agriculture Science, Computer Knowledge, and UP GK.

- Login using your PET-2025 Registration Number — an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile/email.
- Your personal details from PET-2025 (name, category, gender, DOB, contact info) will auto-populate.
- Fill in your educational qualification details — board/university name, year of passing, roll number, certificate number, etc.
- Verify the pre-loaded photo and signature from PET-2025 (no changes allowed here).

- Only candidates who appeared in PET-2025 and received a score card from the commission can apply.
- All reserved category candidates must mention their category correctly in the application.
- Only one reservation benefit will be given if a candidate belongs to multiple reserved categories — the most beneficial one will apply.
- Candidates who are not permanent residents of UP will not get reservation benefits and will be treated as UR.
- Ex-Servicemen applying must have retired from service by the last date (28 July 2026).
- Female candidates must submit caste certificate from father’s side (not husband’s side) for reservation.
- EWS candidates must have a valid certificate issued between 01 April 2026 and 28 July 2026, valid for FY 2025-26 and 2026-27.
- Date of birth as per High School certificate only will be accepted.
- Candidates with more than one living spouse are not eligible.
- The commission communicates only via the official website — no personal letters are sent.
- Providing false information at any stage can lead to permanent debarment from all UPSSSC exams.

ऑनलाइन आवेदन और शुल्क जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 28 जुलाई 2026 है। शुल्क समायोजन एवं आवेदन में संशोधन की अंतिम तिथि 04 अगस्त 2026 है। इसके बाद किसी भी स्थिति में आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
केवल वही अभ्यर्थी आवेदन कर सकते हैं जिन्होंने PET-2025 (Preliminary Eligibility Test 2025) में भाग लिया हो और आयोग द्वारा उनका स्कोर कार्ड जारी किया गया हो। इसके अतिरिक्त उनके पास B.Sc. Agriculture की डिग्री और DOEACC/NIELIT का CCC प्रमाण पत्र होना आवश्यक है।
Ganna Paryavekshak का पद Level-4 का है। न्यूनतम वेतन (Basic Pay) ₹25,500 प्रति माह एवं अधिकतम ₹81,100 प्रति माह निर्धारित है। इसके अतिरिक्त DA, HRA और अन्य भत्ते अलग से देय होंगे।
चयन प्रक्रिया में दो चरण हैं — पहला, PET-2025 के normalised score के आधार पर shortlisting (प्रत्येक श्रेणी के पदों की 15 गुना संख्या तक), और दूसरा, Main Written Examination (100 प्रश्न, 100 अंक, 2 घंटे)। कोई interview नहीं होगा। अंतिम मेरिट लिस्ट के बाद Document Verification होगा।
