Remark: The above vacant positions may be altered in accordance with UP Government’s reservation criteria. Horizontal reservations can also be availed by candidates belonging to categories PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, Women, and Outstanding Sports Persons.
The UP government offers reservation facilities to SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen aspirants. Hence, this will greatly enhance the prospect of getting selected for reserved aspirants. 🎓 Educational Qualification (Post-wise)
All posts require a Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) from any recognized university established by law in India. Post-specific qualifications are as follows:
Post 1 – Sahayak Koshaagar Lekhakar: Graduation in any subject from a recognized university. Preference (Adhimaan) given to candidates with at least 2 years service in the Territorial Army OR who hold NCC ‘B’ certificate.
Post 2 – Lekha Parikshak: Graduation from a recognized university is mandatory. Preference for candidates with NCC ‘B’ or 2 years Territorial Army service.
Post 3 – Ameen / Nilamkarta: Graduation from a recognized university. Preference given to candidates with experience in agricultural marketing (Krishi Vipanan).
Post 4 – Adhishaasi Adhikari (Municipal): Graduation required. Additionally, a Computer Diploma (O-level or equivalent) from a recognized institution is required for permanent regularization. Preference for NCC ‘B’ or 2 years Territorial Army service.
Post 5 – Lipik Sah Tankak / Lekha Lipik: Graduation from recognized university. Preference for candidates with experience in cash handling, accounts, and Hindi typing speed of minimum 25 words per minute.
Post 6 – Sahayak Chakbandi Adhikari / Sahayak Aayatikaran Adhikari: Graduation (Law degree from a recognized university preferred). Also preference for candidates with NCC ‘B’ or 2 years Territorial Army service.
Post 7 & 8 – Sahayak Prabandhak (Non-Technical): Graduation or equivalent from any recognized university or institution approved by the government.
Post 9 – Kendra Prabhari (UPSRTC): Graduation plus working knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script is required.
Post 10 – Zila Sahayak Pratikshan Adhikari: Candidate must have passed Intermediate with Science (Biology + Maths) from UP Board AND hold a graduation degree from a recognized university. Computer diploma or degree is also beneficial.
Post 11 – Mandi Paryavekshak Shreni-2: Graduation with minimum 50% marks AND Intermediate with minimum 50% marks. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, minimum 45% in both is required.
Candidates must possess all the qualifications required for education by the last date of applying which is on 25 June 2026 (Extended). Foreign qualifications will have to be equivalent as approved by the UGC/AICTE/Central Govt. authorities.
📉 Minimum Qualifying Marks
Shortlisting candidates for the Main Written Exam will be done through the Normalized Score of PET-2025. Candidates obtaining zero or negative score in PET-2025 will not be shortlisted. In case of Post 11 (Mandi Paryavekshak Shreni-2), the qualification criteria for the post include 50% marks in Graduation and Intermediate (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
Cutoff information is important for preparing for the examination. Short listing for the Main Exam will be done by taking 15 times the number of posts in each category depending upon the normalized score of PET-2025.

Only UP domicile candidates can avail themselves of reservation and age relaxation facilities. Non-UP domicile candidates would fall in the category of unreserved (general). Candidates belonging to the stipulated period must carefully ensure their eligibility before applying.

- Only candidates who have appeared in PET-2025 and have a valid score card are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must possess all required qualifications by 18 June 2026.
- For reservation benefits, only UP domicile candidates are eligible.
- EWS candidates must have an EWS certificate issued between 01 April 2026 and 18 June 2026 based on FY 2025-26 income, valid for FY 2026-27.
- Female candidates from UP will be placed in vertical reservation categories. Caste certificate from the father’s side is mandatory for UP women candidates.

However, candidates can reconcile their fee and make permitted corrections in their application form up to 25 June 2026.
