DISCIPLINE AND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Assistant Environmental Engineer
Candidates must have:
Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines from a recognized university:
- Chemical Engineering
- Chemical Technology
- Civil Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
Equivalent qualifications recognized by the Government are also accepted.
Assistant Scientific Officer
Candidates must have either:
Option 1
- Doctorate (PhD) in:
- Chemistry
- Zoology
- Botany
- Biochemistry
AND
- 3 years experience in Environmental / Pollution Control / Public Health field.
Option 2
- Master’s Degree in:
- Chemistry
- Zoology
- Botany
- Biochemistry
AND
- 5 years experience in Environmental / Pollution Control / Public Health field.
MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS
The recruitment notification specifies that selection will be based on CBT marks and interview, and merit will be prepared based on the total marks out of 470.
AGE LIMIT
Age will be calculated as on 1 July 2025.
