Weightage: 100% written exam for Junior Technician; 85% written + 15% interview for Junior Manager/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager.

Knowledge of the right division between General Paper and Subject Paper is going to enable one to manage time for preparation effectively, with technicians concentrating more on their NCVT trade syllabus and degree holders preparing themselves for aptitude and core engineering subjects.
