The selection will be done through the following stages:

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT) – Multiple Choice Objective Type (MCQ) with Negative Marking

  3. Medical Examination – Final appointment subject to passing BSNL’s Medical Examination
  4. Pre-Appointment Training – Mandatory training before final joining (Two attempts allowed)

  • JTO Phase-I Training: 10 Weeks

Bond: Selected candidates must execute a bond of ₹6 Lakhs to serve BSNL for a minimum of 5 years from the date of appointment.

Probation Period: 2 Years

This process does not involve an interview stage; hence, it is completely transparent and solely depends on your exam scores.
