Special Consideration for Apprentices: Trade Apprentice PwBD candidates having undergone apprenticeship training in the relevant trade at OIL and qualifying in the All India Trade Test by NCVT are eligible for recruitment in positions 1–4. Candidates holding Diploma in Trades with Proficiency Certificate issued by BOPT, Eastern Region, Kolkata are eligible for position 6.
