🎓 Eligibility & Educational Qualification

For PACS Quota (Jr. Clerk):

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
• Must have passed Matriculation & 10+2 from a school/institution in Himachal Pradesh (not applicable to Bonafide Himachalis)
• Minimum 3 years of continuous service as Secretary (as defined under Rule 2(vii) of HP Cooperative Societies Rules, 1971) in a Primary Agriculture Credit Society
• Should not be a defaulter (directly or indirectly) of his/her society
• Must be a “Trained Secretary” under the applicable definition

For OCS Quota (Jr. Clerk):

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
• Must have passed Matriculation & 10+2 from a school/institution in Himachal Pradesh (not applicable to Bonafide Himachalis)
• Minimum 5 years of continuous service in a cooperative society
• Employees of other cooperative societies and PACS employees not covered under “Trained Secretaries” are eligible
• Should not be a defaulter of his/her society

Valid Experience Certificate Requirements:

Experience certificates must be:

• Issued by the concerned Inspector of Society
• Countersigned by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies of HP
• Supported by: (i) Copy of managing committee resolution for initial appointment, AND (ii) Copy of relevant pages of statutory audit report (3 years for PACS / 5 years for OCS)

Eligibility is strictly tied to cooperative society experience — candidates must ensure they hold a valid and properly documented experience certificate before applying.

• There is no negative marking in the online exam
• Only candidates scoring at least 40% will be shortlisted for document verification
