📜 General Conditions & Important Instructions

• These are contractual / consultancy engagements, not regular employment. Consultants are not RITES employees and are not entitled to PF, ESI, Gratuity, or TA/DA
• Tenure is 12 months (extendable year-by-year up to age 65, based on performance)
• Full-time consultants cannot take up any other assignment during the contract period
• Payment is released within one week after each completed month, based on attendance
• Leave entitlement: 1.5 days per completed month (no carry-forward beyond calendar year)
• TDS will be deducted as per applicable income tax rules; GST is admissible
• Police verification is mandatory; negative verification leads to immediate contract termination
• One month’s notice period applies for both parties (RITES and Consultant)
• RITES can cancel the engagement at any time without assigning reason
• All intellectual property created during the engagement belongs to RITES Limited
