Bank of Baroda (BOB) has released a recruitment notification for 104 Wealth Management posts on a contractual basis. Eligible graduates with relevant experience can apply online from 27 March to 16 April 2026. Selection will be through shortlisting, online test (if applicable), and interview. Application fee ranges from ₹175 to ₹850 depending on category.

🎓 DISCIPLINE & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

✅ Minimum Qualification (All Posts)

• Graduation in any discipline (recognized by Govt./AICTE)

⭐ Desirable Qualification

• PG Degree/Diploma in Management
• Certifications like NISM / IRDA

💼 Experience (Post-wise)

• Group Head: 10+ years (Leadership + Team handling)
• Territory Head: 6+ years (incl. 2 years team lead)
• Senior Relationship Manager: 3+ years experience
• Wealth Strategist: 3+ years + investment knowledge

🎯 MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS

• Interview (PI):
  • UR: 60%
  • Reserved Categories: 55%
• Must also qualify in:
  • Online Test (if conducted)
  • Psychometric Test (if applicable)
