🎓 DISCIPLINE AND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Educational Qualification:

  • Law Graduate (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
  • Must be enrolled as an Advocate.
  • Minimum 3 years practice as Advocate (as on advertisement date 23.02.2026).
  • Experience certificate required from competent authority.

📊 MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS

Preliminary Exam:

  • General Category – 45%
  • Reserved Categories – 40%

Mains (Qualifying Papers):

  • General Hindi – Minimum 30 marks required
  • General English – Minimum 30 marks required

🎂 AGE LIMIT (As on 01.08.2025)

  • Minimum Age: 22 Years
  • Maximum Age: 35 Years (General Male)
  • Maximum Age: 40 Years (Women & Reserved Categories)
  • Judicial Officers: Up to 60 years (as per rule)

  • 35% Horizontal Reservation for Women (Bihar Domicile)
  • 4% Reservation for Divyang
  • EWS Reservation applicable (Bihar domicile only)
