IIT Delhi has released 06 backlog vacancies under Special Recruitment Drive 2026 for various Non-Academic posts including AEE (Civil), JE (Electrical), Application Analyst, AAO, Administrative Assistant, and Accounts Assistant. All posts require minimum 55% marks with relevant experience (where applicable). Apply online before 08 April 2026.

🎓 Discipline & Educational Qualification
1️⃣ Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil)
Essential Qualification:
- Master’s Degree (Civil Engineering) with minimum 55% marks
OR - Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma (Civil Engineering) with minimum 55% marks
Experience:
- 6 years (AE Level) OR 10 years (JE Level) – for Master’s
- 8 years (AE Level) OR 12 years (JE Level) – for Bachelor/Diploma
Desirable:
- Project handling experience
- Civil designing, estimation, construction management
- CAD software knowledge
- MS Office proficiency
2️⃣ Junior Engineer (Electrical)
Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 55% marks
- 02 years relevant experience
Desirable:
- Experience in large projects
- Software proficiency relevant to profile

3️⃣ Application Analyst
Essential:
- Master Degree (Science/CS/Computer Applications)
OR B.E./B.Tech in relevant field - Minimum 55% marks
- 3 years experience in:
- ERP development (Java)
- Laravel website development
- Database & security handling
4️⃣ Assistant Administrative Officer
Essential:
- Master’s Degree (55%) + 1 year experience
OR - Bachelor’s Degree (55%) + 3 years experience
- Experience must be in Govt./PSU/Autonomous bodies
5️⃣ Administrative Assistant
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 55% marks
6️⃣ Accounts & Audit Assistant
- B.Com or equivalent
- Minimum 55% marks
📊 Minimum Qualifying Marks
- All posts require minimum 55% marks in qualifying degree.
- CGPA must be converted to percentage (conversion certificate required).
🎂 Age Limit (As on 08.04.2026)
- AEE (Civil): 45 Years
- JE / Application Analyst / AAO: 35 Years
- Admin Assistant / Accounts Assistant: 30 Years
Age Relaxation:
As per Govt. of India rules for:
- SC/ST
- OBC (NCL)
- PwBD (40% disability minimum)
- Ex-Servicemen
