🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✅ Educational Qualification

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech (First Class) in:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Electronics & Communication
• Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
• Degree must be from a recognized University/Institute

✅ Professional Certifications (Any One Required)

• CEH
• CISSP
• CCSP
• CompTIA CySA+
• GSEC
• OSCP
• CISM

👉 Preference will be given to candidates with Post-Graduate specialization in Cyber Security.

🧑‍💻 Experience Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security
• Experience should be from a reputed organization

💰 Salary & Age Limit

⏳ Tenure of Engagement

• Initial contract period: 3 Years
• Extension or early termination depends on performance and organizational requirement
• This engagement does NOT guarantee permanent employment in SPMCIL

🛠️ Key Roles & Responsibilities

The selected Young Professionals will handle critical cyber security operations, including:

🔐 Security Architecture & Design

• Designing cyber security architecture aligned with NIST, ISO 27001
• Securing IT & OT environments
• Implementing threat detection and incident response mechanisms

🧪 Vulnerability Management

• Conducting vulnerability assessment & penetration testing
• Coordinating patch management and remediation

🚨 Threat Detection & Incident Response

• Monitoring security tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS
• Leading incident response and forensic investigations

📊 Risk Management & Compliance

• Cyber risk assessments
• Compliance with CERT-In guidelines
• Conducting audits and reporting to management

🎓 Awareness & Training

• Cyber security awareness programs for employees and vendors

🧠 Skill Set Required

• Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Firewalls, IDS/IPS
  • SIEM tools (e.g. FortiSIEM)
  • Vulnerability scanners (Nessus, Qualys)
• Strong analytical, communication, and incident-handling skills

🎁 Service Conditions & Benefits

• Leave: 1 paid leave for every 20 working days
• Annual Increment: 8% yearly increase in remuneration
• TA/DA: As per E-1 level officer when deputed for official work
• Medical Insurance: Mediclaim premium reimbursement up to ₹2 lakh
