🎓 DISCIPLINE AND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
1️⃣ Stenographer (Group-C)
Pay Level 11: ₹38,500 – ₹1,22,700
Essential Qualification:
- Graduation from recognized university
- 3 years experience as:
- Steno-typist / Judgment Writer / Stenographer in Govt office or reputed organization
Skill Requirements:
- English Stenography speed: 100 WPM
- Typing speed: 50 WPM (English) on computer
- Only 10% mistakes allowed in transcription & typing test
Recruitment through competitive examination as per R&P Rules 2015.
2️⃣ Clerk / Proof Reader (Group-C)
Pay Level 03: ₹20,200 – ₹64,000
Essential Qualification:
- Graduation from recognized university
Typing Requirement:
- 30 WPM in English on computer (after qualifying screening test)
Selection through Screening Test + Written Test + Typing Test + Document Verification.

3️⃣ Driver (Group-C)
Pay Level 05: ₹21,300 – ₹67,800
Essential Qualification:
- Matriculation from recognized board
- Valid Driving License (LMV/Medium/Heavy Vehicle)
- Minimum 3 years driving experience
Additional:
- Proficiency Driving Test after screening test
- Preference to candidates with mechanical knowledge of automobiles
🎯 MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS
As per R&P Rules 2015:
- Candidates must qualify screening/written/skill tests as prescribed.
- For Stenographer:
- Only 10% mistakes allowed in dictation & typing test.
- More than 10% mistakes = Disqualified.
- Typing test mandatory for Clerk (30 WPM).
