The Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB), Lucknow has released Advertisement No. G47295/AS Camp(110)/2026 dated 27.02.2026 for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Environmental Engineer (AEE) and Assistant Scientific Officer (ASO) under Pay Matrix Level-10.
Eligible Indian candidates can apply online from 28 February 2026 (11:00 AM) to 28 March 2026 (06:00 PM) through the official website.

🔹 Assistant Scientific Officer (ASO)
Option 1:
- Ph.D. in Chemistry / Zoology / Botany / Biochemistry
- Minimum 3 years experience in Environment / Pollution Control / Public Health
OR
Option 2:
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry / Zoology / Botany / Biochemistry
- Minimum 5 years experience in Environment / Pollution Control / Public Health
🎯 Minimum Qualifying Marks
Selection is based on total 470 marks:
- CBT: 400 Marks
- Interview: 70 Marks
Merit list will be prepared based on total marks obtained.

For AEE:

- EWS certificate required in prescribed format
- Women candidates must submit father-side caste certificate
- Non-UP candidates treated as General category
