Qualification Criteria:

Engineering Graduation (B.E./B.Tech)
Minimum 60% aggregate marks for UR/OBC-NC
Minimum 50% aggregate for SC/ST/PwBD

Candidates must have completed Engineering on or after 01 April 2023.
Candidates who completed before 01-04-2023 are NOT eligible.

All qualifications must be recognized by AICTE/UGC/Board of Technical Education.

Only Indian Nationals eligible.
Must be registered and approved on NATS 2.0 Portal.
Candidates already undergoing apprenticeship elsewhere are NOT eligible.
Candidates with 1 year or more work experience are NOT eligible.
Only one application allowed. Multiple applications will be rejected.

⏳ Training Period

Duration: 1 Year Only
Engagement governed under Apprentices Act, 1961

HPCL does NOT guarantee permanent employment after completion of apprenticeship.

However, HPCL provides:

✔ Age relaxation equivalent to apprenticeship period (max 1 year)
✔ Additional 5% grace marks in future HPCL CBT recruitment
