🧠 Selection Process
The recruitment includes four stages:
- Online Test (Objective + Descriptive):
- Objective Test – 120 marks (4 sections: English, Banking Knowledge, General Awareness/Economy, Computer Aptitude)
- Descriptive Test – 50 marks (Letter Writing & Essay)
- Screening:
- Verification of eligibility and experience. Only candidates who meet the required profile move ahead.
- Interview (Personal / Professional):
- 50 marks
- Local Language Proficiency Test:
- Candidates must qualify knowledge of the local language of the applied circle.
Final Selection:
Marks from the Online Test and Interview are combined (75% from Online Test + 25% from Interview) to prepare the final merit list.
