🎓 DISCIPLINE & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Head (Catering / Housekeeping / Concierge & Overall Experience)
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
- Desirable: Specialized certificate/diploma in relevant discipline (e.g., Food & Beverage / Housekeeping / Concierge).
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in service industry, including at least 2 years in a 3-star (or higher) hotel/resort environment.
Head (Horticulture)
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate degree or diploma in Horticulture/Agriculture/Floriculture & Landscaping.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in gardening/landscape operations (hotel/resort experience preferred).
Head (Training & Diving)
- Minimum Qualification: Trade Certificate as Diver from Indian Navy or equivalent (PADI).
- Mandatory Pre-Joining: Valid offshore and diving medical certificates, HUET, Basic Lifeguard & First Aid certificates.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in HUET training/instruction operations.

🧠 MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS
- Interview: Minimum qualifying marks – 60% (18 out of 30) for final selection.
- Final Merit: Based on combined scores in qualification, experience and interview.
💰 REMUNERATION (ANNUAL)
Post remuneration is negotiable and ranges based on the role:
- ₹12,00,000 per annum – Head (Catering), Head (Housekeeping), Head (Training & Diving)
- ₹10,00,000 per annum – Head (Concierge & Overall Experience), Head (Horticulture)
Additionally, select allowances like HRA up to ₹2,00,000 p.a., PF, gratuity and medical insurance may be provided as per company policy.

- Maximum Age: Approx 45 years (as on last date of application).
- Age relaxation for OBC/SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India rules.
