🎓 DISCIPLINE & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Minimum Educational Qualifications, Experience & Research Publications shall be as per:

• UGC Regulations 2018
• NCTE Regulations 2014
• AICTE Regulations
• ICAR Guidelines
  (as applicable to respective departments)

✔ Required research publications must be from Peer-Reviewed or UGC listed journals.

📊 MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS

• Minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade) at Master’s level.
• 5% relaxation provided to:
  • SC / ST
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
  • Differently-abled candidates

Relaxation applies only to qualifying marks (no grace marks included).

🎯 AGE LIMIT

• Age limit as per UGC / Government of India norms.
• Qualifications, experience & age will be considered as on the last date of application.

• ₹500 – SC / ST
• PWD Candidates – Exempted
• Fee once paid is non-refundable

📝 SELECTION PROCESS

• Screening of applications by Screening Committee
• Shortlisting based on qualifications & experience
• Interview by Selection Committee
• Final decision by Executive Council

University may restrict the number of candidates for interview.

• Reservation as per Government of India norms
• OBC candidates must submit valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate
• EWS candidates must submit Income & Asset Certificate
• PWD candidates must have minimum 40% disability
• SC/ST certificates must be in prescribed format

✔ Govt employees must upload NOC & Vigilance Clearance.

📜 GENERAL CONDITIONS

• No interim correspondence allowed
• Submission of false information leads to cancellation
• University can increase/decrease vacancies
• Selected candidates must serve minimum 3 years
• Communication will be through email only
• Dispute jurisdiction: Guwahati High Court, Kohima Bench
• Corrigendum will be published only on official website
