🎓 Discipline & Educational Qualification
1. Chief Security Officer
Essential:
- Commissioned Officer (Army/Navy/Air Force)
OR DSP/Assistant Commandant with Bachelor’s Degree (55%) - 15 years relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years in Pay Level 11
OR 13 years in Pay Level 10
- Minimum 5 years in Pay Level 11
OR
- Master’s Degree (55%) + 15 years experience (7 years supervisory at Level 11)
OR - Bachelor’s Degree (55%) + 20 years experience (7 years supervisory at Level 11)
Additional Requirements:
- Must ride motorcycle & car
- Must handle firearms
- Sound health
- Knowledge of security procedures
Desirable:
- Disaster management training
- Diploma in Security/Fire Safety
2. Medical Officer
Essential:
- MBBS degree recognized under Indian Medical Council Act
- Completion of internship
- Minimum 03 years experience in recognized hospital
Desirable:
- 3 years in Govt./recognized hospital
- MD/MS/Diploma in relevant branch
- Preferred: Medicine, Chest, Paediatrics, Gynaecology, Family Medicine, Psychiatry

3. Medical Officer (Psychiatry)
Essential:
- MBBS + Internship
- 03 years experience
Desirable:
- MD/MS/Diploma in Psychiatry
- 1 year additional hospital experience
4. Career Counsellor
Essential:
- Master’s in Psychology/Social Work/relevant discipline
- Minimum 55% marks
- 07 years experience
- 5 years in Psychometric testing & Career Counselling
Desirable:
- Group & individual counselling
- Certification in Career Counselling
- 2 years workshop management
- Excellent communication skills
5. Superintending Engineer
Essential:
- Master’s in Engineering (55%) + 8 years service (GP 6600 or higher)
OR - Bachelor’s in Engineering (55%) + 13 years Group A service (9 years GP 6600)
Desirable:
- Construction supervision
- Civil/Electrical/HVAC works
- CAD software knowledge
📊 Minimum Qualifying Marks
- Minimum 55% marks required in qualifying degree for all applicable posts.
- CGPA must be converted to percentage with valid certificate.
