APSSB CGL Recruitment 2026 – 122 Vacancies for UDC, Personal Assistant & Librarian

The Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB) has released Advertisement No. 03/2026 for the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2026. The recruitment is being conducted to fill 122 vacancies for posts such as Personal Assistant (Stenographer Grade-III), Librarian and Upper Division Clerk (UDC) in various departments of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.

Educational Qualification

Personal Assistant (Stenographer Grade-III)

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
• Diploma in Stenography from a recognized institute

Librarian

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
• Degree / Diploma in Library Science

Upper Division Clerk (UDC)

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
• Minimum 6-month Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute

Pay Scale

All posts are under Level-5 Pay Matrix

Salary: ₹29,200 – ₹92,300

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years

Age Relaxation

Age will be calculated as per the closing date of application submission.

Selection Process

For Personal Assistant (Stenographer Grade-III)

Two stages:

1️⃣ Stenography Proficiency Test

• Dictation: 5 minutes @ 80 WPM
• Transcription: 45 minutes (English)
• Computer based test

2️⃣ Written Examination

Final merit will be based on written exam marks only.

For Librarian & Upper Division Clerk

Only Written Examination
