The Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB) has released Advertisement No. 03/2026 for the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2026. Upper Division Clerk (UDC)

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
  • Minimum 6-month Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute

All posts are under Level-5 Pay Matrix

Salary: ₹29,200 – ₹92,300

Selection Process

For Personal Assistant (Stenographer Grade-III)

Two stages:

1️⃣ Stenography Proficiency Test

  • Dictation: 5 minutes @ 80 WPM
  • Transcription: 45 minutes (English)
  • Computer based test

2️⃣ Written Examination

Final merit will be based on written exam marks only.
