The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released the Admit Cards for the Inspector post written examination. Candidates who applied for the recruitment can now download their admit cards from the official website www.jkssb.nic.in starting March 11, 2026.

According to the official notice issued by JKSSB, the OMR-based written examination for the post of Inspector in the Forest, Ecology and Environment Department (J&K) will be conducted on March 15, 2026.

Candidates are advised to download and print their admit cards well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues before the examination.

How to Download JKSSB Inspector Admit Card

Candidates can download their admit card by following these steps:

  1. Visit the official website www.jkssb.nic.in.
  2. On the homepage, click the Download E-Admit Card link.
  3. Enter your E-mail ID and Date of Birth.
  4. Click on View and Print E-Admit Card.
  5. Download and print the admit card for the exam.

The username will be the candidate’s email ID, and the password will be the date of birth in DDMMYYYY format.


Important Instructions for Candidates

Candidates appearing in the exam should follow these instructions:

  • Reach the examination centre at least two hours before the exam time for biometric or facial authentication.
  • Carry a clear printed copy of the admit card to the examination centre.
  • If there is a mismatch in the photograph on the admit card, immediately report it to JKSSB through their central office or email before the exam
  • Admit cards will not be sent by post, so candidates must download them online.

What to Do If You Cannot Download the Admit Card

If a candidate is unable to download the admit card, they should contact the JKSSB office at least two days before the examination date with proof of application submission and fee payment. Otherwise, it will be assumed that the candidate is not interested in appearing for the exam.


Important Note

Candidates must submit the admit card to the invigilation staff after the completion of the examination, duly signed by both the candidate and the invigilator.
